We are delighted to invite you to the second pediatric intensive care bootcamp in Switzerland organized by the Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Interest Group (IG PNI) of the Swiss Society of Intensive care medicine (SGI/SSMI). This is a two-day course covering selected topics relevant for physicians pursuing a career in pediatric and/or neonatal intensive care. Clinicians with an interest in pediatric and neonatal critical care should also consider attending this course. The interactive course is comprised of lectures, workshops, talks and clinical vignettes and strives to bring like-minded clinicians together. Each participant will be asked to present a brief clinical vignette, which will be open for a group discussion. Participants will learn not only from faculty but also from each other. The number of participants is limited, which will ensure the interactive nature of the educational experience. The course is designed to facilitate networking between aspiring pediatric and neonatal intensivists in Switzerland and the intention of promoting collaboration among Switzerland’s NICUs and PICUs.
